Apostle Immanuel Nii Okuley Tettey is the General Secretary of the Ghana Pentecostal and Charismatic Council (GPCC).  Prior to being appointed to the office of the General Secretary, he was the Director of Administration at The Apostolic Church – Ghana, General Headquarters.  Apostle Tettey has been a Minister of the Gospel since April 2010.  He previously worked as a Development Planning, and Institutional and Organization Development (I/OD) Consultant between 1993 and 2020.  Apostle Immanuel Tettey holds a BSc. Development Planning, an MSc. Development Policy and Planning degrees from the University of Science and Technology (UST), Kumasi, and an MBA Finance and Accounting (UPSA).  He is married and blessed with two sons and two daughters.
