The National Director of Ghana Evangelism Committee, Pastor Bright Nyamedor has shared the vision document of the committee for the next four (4) years today at a steering committee meeting. He indicated that having successfully carried out the work of GEC for 49 years since 1974 and desiring to attain new levels of growth and thereby edging closer to her vision in an ever-changing and challenging environment of operation, the National Director presented the vision document to formalize the plans and programs for the next four years (2023-2027). The theme for the next four years is “Ghana Must Go”.
The Director stated that over the next four years (2023 – 2027), Mission Research, Discipleship Building, Leadership Development, Evangelism, Strengthening of Ecumenical Unity, Administrative Structuring, Innovative Use of Information Technology (IT), and Financial Mobilization will represent the key areas that will occupy the attention of GEC.
Present at the steering committee meeting were the chairman, Most Reverend Dr. Paul Boafo, vice chairman, Apostle Eric Nyamekye, and other committee members.
GEC in collaboration with its mainstream Churches, Ecumenical Councils, and para-church organizations will strive to change the evangelization front of the Nation.
